MAAC Machinery’s 2010 MAAC Model 85R4DPT is a 96” x 60” maximum mold size, four station double oven, twin sheet, pressure forming rotary thermoforming machine. Features motorized top and bottom platens (50” stroke top / 50” stroke bottom), quartz upper & quartz ovens and electric rotate. Additional features include, infrared eye, safety/sag eye, encoder controlled platens, core pull vales, cooling fans, a ladder & catwalk, and more.

New 2025 AB controls upgrade, new oven control modules, new quartz elements, new vacuum tanks, new vacuum & air trees, and new adjustable clamp frames, and more. Fresh paint, and comprehensive inspection at MAAC.
