2024 MAAC Model ASP

COMING SOON! MAAC Machinery’s MAAC Model ASP is a 36” x 30” maximum mold size, single station thermoforming machine equipped with pneumatic platens (15” stroke top/15” stroke bottom), quartz upper & quartz lower ovens and a pneumatic sheet car index. Additional features include Allen Bradley PLC controls, aluminum clamp frames, 10 independent oven zones (5 zones per oven half), complete vacuum system with air & vacuum valves, vacuum tank, vacuum pump and a high velocity cooling fan. This machine also features side and front expanded metal guarding, light curtain, upgraded valves, and LED status lights.
