MAAC IMGL (In Mold Grain Laminating) machines are commonly used for forming automotive interior skins with the highest quality Class-A surfaces. MAAC IMGL machines feature numerous loading and unloading options and are proven to achieve the highest grain definition in the industry.
Configuration Options
Single Station (SIMGL) Our simplest IMGL machine. Material is loaded in the form station and substrates are loaded and unloaded in the form station.
Three Station Shuttle (S3IMGL) Material is loaded in the load station and substrates are loaded and unloaded in the form station.
Side by Side Three Station Shuttle (SBSS3IMGL) Material is loaded in the load station and substrates are loaded and unloaded in the form station.
Three Station Rotary (R3IMGL) Material is loaded in the load station while substrates are loaded and unloaded in the form station.
