Comet Rotary machines come standard with MAAC’s high sheetline design featuring a motor driven, bottom load lift table for semi-automatic sheet loading and part unloading. These models also take advantage of our latest easy to use Allen Bradley PLC controls, motor driven platens and the most efficient ovens in the industry.
Configuration Options
Three Station Rotary (R3) Our most popular rotary machine. Material is loaded and unloaded in station 1, heated in station 2 and formed in station 3.
Four Station Double Oven Rotary (R4D) Incorporates a pre-heat oven to reduce cycle time. Most common for heavier gauge materials.
Four Station Rotary with Unload Station (R4U) Incorporates an unload station to reduce cycle time. Most common for fast cycles.
Four Station Rotary with Cooling Station (R4C) Incorporates a cooling station to reduce cycle time. Most common
for slow cooling materials.
